My daughter was the trusty bug smacker on our trip. She
loved swinging the electric racket and popping any unwanted intruders that
dared to disturb our campsite. It was entertaining to watch her dance around
and swing at the Viking Mosquitos. They never had a chance against her
expertise.
My son had purchased a powerful flashlight for our entertainment. Who needs TV, with such talented shadow puppeteers and a good campfire!
Being a
tourist in Norway, it is important to find cheap entertainment after a long day
of driving. Luckily it was not me who had to do the driving because the roads
here in Norway over the mountains can be treacherous! My youngest son is a
professional driver and even he had certain roads that gave him cause for
worry. Trollstigen (Troll steps) is a good example. More stories to come. Hope you are all having a great week-end!

The landscape looks amazing. Glad you're having fun!
Yikes that road looks twisty!
My little sports car would love Trollstigen!!
Was that a waterfall we could hear? The roads in Tenerife are similarly precipitous but less green. Drive safely!
I wish I could visit Norway...and I love those bug zappers!
Wow, that road looks like a test in endurance! I like the photos of the terrain that you include.
Are there any animals in the areas you are camping in (such as we have in British Columbia, Canada: bears, cougars, etc?) Just wondering.
I am a rare blood courier, and I would not want to challenge Trollstigen!! The video's were great. I am smiling just seeing in my mind you and your happy family. Great memories in the making!! Roland
